Jason came out to give us a quote on a new hot water tank (ours was old and needed replacing). He not only was nearly half the price of other competitors' quotes we had received, but he was extremely transparent with what we needed and also what we didn’t need. Contacted AZ Family Plumbing at 6:30 am today. Jason got back to me promptly, asked about the current situation, I explained the tub faucet would not shut off, and Jason said I’ll be there sometime in the afternoon.
